- Loading dock or curb time and truck height limits
- Certificate of insurance with the exact wording the building requires
- Floor and elevator protection requirements
- Move hours and any weekend restrictions

Why crew size matters more in a tower
When the elevator is booked in a set block, the crew has to move fast enough to finish inside it. We size the crew so the job fits the reservation, with someone staging at the truck and someone at the elevator.
Condos outside downtown
Mid-rise condos in Mueller, the Domain, South Lamar and East Austin often have similar rules on a smaller scale. We handle those the same way.
